This stool was made in Zimbabwe and is a striking object which brings a touch of Africa to a modern interior. It is hand made and one of a kind.
These old traditional Tonga stools were used only by men. Women were not allowed to sit on the stools. Men would carry them to a chief’s court during trials. Not only is it a decorative sculpture, it also makes an amazing plant stand.
