Kathryn Grogan Ivanfy opened Wanderlustre in 2015, bringing a combined experience of ten years working in the fashion industry in New York and traveling the world collecting unique treasures. She has turned her discerning eye to interiors and brings the same sensibilities of form, color, texture, and balance as the proprietor of Wanderlustre.
With a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., Kathryn spent the majority of her career working in multi-brand wholesale fashion showrooms, growing the businesses of young fashion designers in NYC. As an agent for designers, Kathryn has worked with the world’s leading retailers such as Barneys, Lane Crawford, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue. She has extensive experience in sales, merchandising, buying, and product development.
Kathryn is an experienced traveler with a passion for seeing the world and experiencing different cultures through fashion, art, photography, indigenous crafts, cuisine, and interior design. She has toured over 30 countries including South Africa, Mozambique, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, Ireland, England, France, Switzerland, Italy, Canada, Mexico, El Salvador, India, Greece, Turkey, Jordan, and Egypt.
